As part of the design service, we offer you:
Design of the interior space with the planning of functions, selection of style and colors, floor and wall finishing elements, furniture and lighting. It is a complete space design that allows you to carry out a construction renovation as well as interior finishing and furnishing in the investment indicated by you. The project team managed by Monika Goszcz-Kłos, the owner of the office and also the Creative Director, participates in this process.
The project is delivered to you in printed and electronic form.
The project includes:
Moodboards:
- a board of collected inspirations, showing the character of the interior in the form of the proposed colors, preferred shapes of furniture, details or style of lighting.
Drawings:
- arrangement projection presenting the new layout of space divided into zones and functions
- plan of demolition and new walls
- hydraulics projection showing the location of water connections, sewage systems and radiators, including underfloor heating and heating mats
- electrical projection showing the location of lighting fixtures with their connection point, locations of sockets, switches/control panels depending on the established method of light control
- plan and views of carpentry furniture: kitchen furniture, wardrobes, wardrobes and other furniture made to special order by a carpenter

- finishing materials for walls and floors along with a drawing of their arrangement

Author’s supervision is a key stage in the entire interior design process, as it is responsible for the success of the project. They will relieve the investor from the problems associated with professional management of all stages of the project, coordination of contractors and subcontractors, applies to the stages from planning purchases to furnishing the interior in the finished investment.
Author’s supervision This service is a supplement to the development of the project in accordance with the above description.
Supervision applies to:
- full author’s supervision in relation to the project
- conducting all orders for furniture and finishing materials by GOSZCZDESIGN and valuing items on request, as well as conducting any complaints, negotiations prices with suppliers and contractors
- logistics of goods at the construction site and checking its quality and compliance with the order
- providing access to the database and slots from proven contractors from all industries
- assistance in current construction issues, such as administrative and official approvals, etc.
- project management in the relevant field of competence

Visualizations We recommend making project visualizations that are a graphical reflection of the designers’ vision. Visualizations have a form similar to a photo and present the final version of the designed space. The cost of visualization is PLN 200/sq m.
